Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. No International Shipping.

Packaged Coffee Shipping

We offer simple flat-rate shipping on our packaged coffee:

  • Packaged coffee orders under $75: $4.99 shipping
  • Packaged coffee orders of $75 or more: FREE shipping

The $75 free-shipping minimum applies to bagged coffee products only. Merchandise such as apparel, mugs, drinkware, and other gear does not count toward the $75 minimum and is subject to the merchandise shipping rates below.

All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order, which means processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, coffee is usually delivered within 3–5 business days.

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipment, destination, and service selected. Most customers receive their coffee within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing and delivery times may be extended during holidays, periods of high order volume, or carrier delays.

Merchandise Shipping

To keep shipping simple and affordable, we offer reduced flat-rate shipping on merchandise:

  • One merchandise item: $5.95 shipping
  • Two or more merchandise items: $9.95 maximum shipping

The appropriate merchandise shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.

Coffee + Merchandise Orders

Coffee and merchandise may be purchased together, but they may arrive in separate packages because they are produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Free shipping on $75 or more in packaged coffee does not include merchandise shipping. Applicable merchandise shipping charges will still apply.

Shipping rates and discounts are calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your order.

Separate Shipments

Some products may ship separately depending on availability, production time, or fulfillment location. Receiving multiple packages does not necessarily mean that you have been charged additional shipping.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.
